All items purchased from World Magic Shop are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Rates and Terms and Conditions
If an item is marked as in stock, this will either mean in stock at our warehouse or at the suppliers warehouse. If the item is held in our warehouse the order will be shipped the same day as stated below, unless there are any outstanding items. If the item is in stock at the suppliers warehouse this can take between 3-7 days to be shipped.
All orders placed before 14:00 will be sent the same day where the item is in stock (in the UK Warehouse). If the item is out of stock you will be notified and the item will get dispatched once it is back in stock. If the order needs to be shipped via a courier, it may need to be shipped the following day, depending on the cut off time for collection in the area.
Any UK orders are shipped fully trackable using Royal Mail or Parcel2Go delivery. If your order is over 1kg your order will be shipped by Courier and this usually takes more days to dispatch.
Orders are shipped complete unless agreed otherwise.

Default £2.95 for orders under 1kg
Courier (Over 1KG) - £6.75, flat rate no matter on the size and value of your order.
OUTSIDE THE UK
All duties and taxes are to be paid by you, we are not responsible for these fees
These fees are NOT included in your shipping charges.
•We are not able to mark orders as "gifts" because we are a retail store.
•We do not issue any refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order should you refuse to pay the customs fees.
To Improve service and delivery we are using Royal Mail for packages under 2kg and Couriers for heaverier items.
Overseas orders are shipped using the following services Royal Mail, Parcel Force and UPS, depending on Location.
European shipping: £7.25 Flat Rate up to 1kg
Rest of the world shipping: £7.25 Flate Rate up to 1kg
You should allow extra time for European and Rest of World destinations. 20 Working days for items into Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. World magic Shop cannot accept a claim for loss until at least 20 or 25 working days have passed since the item was posted.
Please be aware that Royal Mail First Class delivery states on their website that they aim to deliver first class items by the next working day, however this service can take up to 10 working days. We do not send out orders on weekends, public holidays.
All duties and taxes are to be paid by you, we are not responsible for these fees.
If a special delivery has been delayed, World Magic Shop may refund the charges depending on the circumstances. This decision is at the discretion of the World Magic Shop team. Even though these services state next day, World Magic Shop do not guarantee this. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of the relevant shipping company. World Magic Shop cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of packaged once left our warehouse, nor be responsible for replacing the order free of charge.
Returns
We are happy to exchange any faulty purchases. However we are not able to exchange non faulty goods that have been opened, as much of the Magic is in its secret. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Before you return your item you must contact customer service to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number.
Export Restrictions
